A family kitchen, open to everyone
Rosso and Vine is built around the idea that good food doesn't need to be complicated—just made with care. Every sheet of pasta is rolled by hand in our kitchen. Every pizza comes out of our wood-fired oven with a blistered crust and char. The wine list is short because we've tasted every bottle, and we only pour what we'd drink ourselves. This is how we cook at home, and now we cook it for you.
Handmade pasta
Fresh-cut ribbons, hand-filled ravioli and tortellini, shaped the way we learned. Every plate carries the shape and weight of making—because pasta made by hand tastes different.
Wood-fired pizza
High heat, high craft. Our oven reaches temperatures that give the crust char and leopard spots, the edges crisp and the center tender. Simple toppings, serious results.
Natural wine
No oak, no manipulation—just grapes fermented by their own yeast and bottled alive. We've chosen a small list that drinks beautifully alongside Italian food and conversation.
Dinner, brunch, and gatherings
We're open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday, we also serve brunch. Rosso and Vine also hosts private gatherings for up to 30 people—the same kitchen, a table set for your group, and wines chosen to match the occasion.
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and for groups.
